Video Description

"I am not a doctor or specialist in Reiki practice. This video is intended for the viewer to experience ASMR ""tingles"" and if possible fall asleep and relax your mind from the stress of anxiety & depression. We are overcome with painful thoughts when we lay down to sleep (or even during the day) and I hope to relax you enough and momentarily silence those painful worries and thoughts so that you may get some sleep! I hope you enjoy and please let me know what you like/didn't like! Enjoy and rest your mind!
