Video Description

"I am not a doctor or specialist in Reiki practice. This video is intended for the viewer to experience ASMR ""tingles"" and if possible fall asleep and relax your mind from the stress of anxiety & depression. We are overcome with painful thoughts when we lay down to sleep (or even during the day) and I hope to relax you enough and momentarily silence those painful worries and thoughts so that you may get some sleep! I hope you enjoy and please let me know what you like/didn't like! Enjoy and rest your mind!

Please check out this video by the amazing Lauren Ostrowski Fenton if you feel this is not enough of a comfort or relaxation for you:

She is my inspiration for this video as she helped me a lot through my depression and anxiety. She has a way with words that makes you feel less pain and I love her for that!

Background information: Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by ""laying on hands"" and is based on the idea that an unseen ""life force energy"" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's ""life force energy"" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. (from www.reiki.org)
