"A typical day of Bipolar Depression; no sleep, physical and mental agitation, fatigue, lack of interest in life, and adjusting to new medications (Lamictal). Lamenting over my situation (newly diagnosed w/ Bipolar 2), the extreme length of this depression (currently 3.5 months), and my general state of mind (agitated depression). I have been hospitalized twice in the last month (as of January 2016), and have already been previously treated with Abilify and Seroquel. As of this video I take 20mg of Lexapro and 75mg of Lamictal daily.
