These are a few signs and symptoms of eating disorders we really don't like to talk about. Whether it's shame, denial or the ick factor, we're embarrassed to admit to some pretty dangerous behaviour - but knowledge is power! It's up to us to support and inform each other, to make it okay to talk about what makes us feel ashamed.
