Mind of a Binge Eater: Why I Chose Intuitive Eating

0 ratings

Video Description

"Hi, Everyone!
I wanted to talk about why I chose to pursue intuitive eating. After a long history of struggling with eating disorders (anorexia, restricting and binge eating) and then adhering intensely to tracking macros (IIFYM), I still was not in a healthy mindset when it came to food. I also wanted to address the notions of self love and compassion when struggling with eating disorders. You are not alone, and I'm here to show you that I'm here for you, and that it IS possible to feel better and love yourself through every step of the process. Love you all!
