Top 5 Causes of Depression/Anxiety: The Modern Mind

0 ratings

Video Description

"I think if we truly knew what caused depression/anxiety from purely a scientific standpoint, we would be able to have a 'cure' or at least more effective treatments. There are still no brain scans you can to do have a 100% accurate diagnosis of a mental illness, which is unfortunate but I promise we will get there one day! The reason I am mentioning this is because these 5 causes of depression/anxiety (they are such a good couple) are researched but still not an exact science. A few of these are even Scott originals so please watch the video and comment to make sure you're voice is heard if you agree or disagree.

Stay Strong. Keep Being YOU

These videos are meant to breakdown the stigma of mental illness and take a bit of a lighter approach to recovery. Mental health does not only involve the mind but has a direct correlation with the body. I do my best to make videos that describe treatments that can help both the mind and body while making them fun and motivational. My main focus on this channel is depression and anxiety since I experience both personally.

Let's fight the stigma together. You have the strength to overcome whatever you may be struggling with at this specific moment in time. Never give up. Never surrender.

STAY STRONG. KEEP BEING YOU"

Quotes

"I've been absolutely miserable for years and years. Recently started taking new anti-depressants and--knock on wood--they actually seem to be working."
