Got Drunk Last Night. . .Still Depressed

0 ratings

Video Description

"Alcohol makes me depressed and anxious. Simple as that. Why am I not learning from this experience? Why do I continue to drink when I know the result that will follow - feeling like shit. Extremely negative thoughts come to mind during a hangover, low energy, and of course the classic symptoms I don't have to explain.

Stay Strong. Keep Being YOU

These videos are meant to breakdown the stigma of mental illness and take a bit of a lighter approach to recovery. Mental health does not only involve the mind but has a direct correlation with the body. I do my best to make videos that describe treatments that can help both the mind and body while making them fun and motivational.

Let's fight the stigma together. You have the strength to overcome whatever you may be struggling with at this specific moment in time. Never give up. Never surrender.

YOU ARE STRONG. KEEP BEING YOU"

Quotes

"While Depression has affected my life in so many negative ways, I also feel that it has given me a greater appreciation for every good thing."
