Here it is. This is (a shortened version) of what I went through about 3 years ago.
To everyone who is feeling somehow similar- having a bad body image/constantly thinking about food/excessive exercising/depression/panic attacks. It is not normal and you deserve to have a healthy relationship with yourself.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE IN THIS.
Seek help asap- a friend/a family member/a teacher/ a psychologist.
Honestly it could save your (your friend's) life.

What do I need to know about veganism?

Is going vegan hard?
NOT AT ALL. You can eat basically everything- but in a healthier (or not), cruelty free version. I am talking pasta, bread, burgers, pizza, sushi, cakes, donuts, cupcakes, pies, ice cream, burritos..honestly just explore by yourself!

Why did I go vegan?
It was for maintaining my weight/health at the beginning. Later I found out many other benefits- including helping the planet, the animals, the nature. I also met so many amazing friends through this lifestyle! So get on the train asap ;)
