"This was definitely not easy to share with you. But I really wished that someone made a video like this back then for me, to show me how I mistreated my body. I'm NOT proud of my thoughts in the past!!! So, the intention of this video is to raise awareness on eating disorders, self destructive behaviour, body image and the solution. I am just one example that you can change and learn to love yourself the way you are right NOW.
