"OKIE SO I KNOW I PUT A LOT OF SHIT ON THEM. But I was only 17 and I was trying to focus on completing school and they made it seem like I was so entirely unwell that I wasn't able to go out to town for lunch like every other student in my year, or even attend school 5 days a week. It just made me feel alienated. At least I had a few teachers who looked out for me. I just really cared about my exams and I wanted to deal with my self harm issues on my own - and thats why I never talked about until I started recovering.
