In this video you'll learn how to stop drinking alcohol on your own and never want to drink again. This is something I've struggled with personally for a very long time.

And it was holding me back in all areas of my life.

Now, a lot of you guys watching this might have tried different stuffy like 30 days challenges, 60 days , 90 days... None of that ever worked for me.

I needed something stronger, I needed to change who I was.

So in this video you'll learn a bit about my story and also a story I heard from my friend when how his father quit smoking after being addicted for 20 years.

And by doing that you can find mentors, meet cool people, do better workouts and tons of other benefits.

Moreover this simple concept of using your anger and your emotions to make big changes in your life is something that most people don't do enough.

It takes guts to do this, and it's not easy. But once you make that firm decision that you're not the kind of person that drink.

Once you manage to change your core belief about yourself, your self-image your problem will be solved forever.

And you'll never even want to drink anymore.

It's that simple.

There's a lot more details and stories in the video.

Hope you enjoyed.

See you in the next one,

Mario
