Sara is an OAR rock star! She teaches inside of the Fairfax Adult Detention Center. She shows her students how to overcome the rage from traumas they have experienced by providing them mindfulness techniques such as breathing exercises. In this short video she shares what teaching anger management is like and how she's inspired by the changes she sees in her students.
