Video Description

"Known by many street names (pot, weed, grass, Mary Jane, etc), marijuana is still considered an illegal drug with psychoactive properties. Contrary to popular belief, pleasant experiences are not universal, as there have also been reports of anxiety, fear, distrust, and even panic. These effects are more common with first-time users or when the substance has an unexpectedly high potency. The effects include lightheadedness, relaxation, sense of euphoria, mild hallucinations, bloodshot eyes, increased laughter or giggling, and cottonmouth. By itself, marijuana is not dangerous, but a list of serious medical issues can arise if combined with other substances, such as alcohol.
