Hi, everyone! It's been a while. Not too long, but I haven't been as active lately and I am sure you have noticed. I will try to get back on track, but I have been dealing with a lot of things in my personal life, some dealing with a sudden return of anxiety and depression after losing health insurance this month. So I thought now would be a great time to do an affirmations video dealing with anxiety and depression, and using these positive words to help lift you up in times of trouble. All you have to do is remember a few phrases and say them to yourself when you're feeling down, or come to this video and let me talk you back into a relaxed state of mind.

The ASMR trigger sounds you can expect to find here are pretty simple: ear to ear whispering, mouth sounds, and some tongue clicking and breathing sounds. No soft spoken voice here, but if you want a soft spoken video I will make one soon.
