Hey everyone. I have had severe depression followed by severe manic
symptoms for the good majority of my life. The best way I have found to
deal with it is to seriously work on it one day at a time and to stay in
shape. For me, my body weight fluctuates when I feel depressed and when I
am in a manic mode I am in great shape. The one thing that I recommend is
to not take drugs, but rather literally practice every day on your mode and
your overall feeling. Dale Carnegie has also helped me alot.
Wow... so many people claiming it's not a real thing. That's a shame. This
isn't about needing to "find God" or "get off the drugs". It's a real
mental condition with real consequences if left unchecked. Just because you
were misdiagnosed with it doesn't mean NO ONE has it.

treatment.This is not to say that people do not get depressed, or that
people can’t experience emotional or mental duress, but psychiatry has
repackaged these emotions and behaviors as “disease” in order to sell
drugs. This is a brilliant marketing campaign, but it is not science. - too
many years I was a victim of psychiarty.

Then you say these symptoms (and so the disorder) exist, and so JUST to
make other's life miserable.How you can live with yourself? You probably
think you're really cool for being so radical. The unstableness can be
cured, as mentioned, but your lack of intelligence and extreme level of
worrying seem to have rotted your synapses. Your sad existence, and
worrying level of ignorance beg to bite the bullet.
I medicate myself.Plus, I take my meds.

on here, I know people might criticize both of us for trying to be open but
maybe that's the key. Be more open to this instead of hiding it all inside
