In my experience, there are a couple of main reasons why people with fibromyalgia syndrome or chronic fatigue syndrome feel depressed about CFS/FMS and struggle to cope are:
1.) You might be feeling that you just can't deal with the demands, the stress of having fibromyalgia, and
2.) You might feel very deflated or lacking in hope for a better future because you have struggled to get better and been ill with fibromyalgia for a long time.
