...In other words, ALL DRUGS=not bad. Some drugs=bad. Some drugs=good. Even though the media makes it out to be that all drugs are bad.
CheddarBob39 -4542 days ago
Maybe Marijuana is compared because we are lied too on a mass scale of the effects of Marijuana when they seem to have more positive effects than negative. So when people do it for the first time they think, "wow, this isn't even close to as bad as they said it was, they were lying to me," so they go and take other drugs because they think they are being lied too about ALL drugs. Hence it is the gateway drug. Even though the "root problem" isn't the drug itself. It is the "lying media."

How do you come to your conclusions except that it must arise from your own biases (your atheist propaganda). First, Big Lurch is an admitted user and advocate of pcp. He sang odes to pcp in his rap. Second, Big Lurch also admitted he was trying to kill the devil. Third, many cultures use hallucinogens to communicate with the "spirit world". But from these 3 facts you've concluded religion is the problem.
This man was successful and sane, maybe it really was the Devil who made him do it.

You twist everything and anything to go against religion. Again, I would like to reiterate this guy's problem was not religion but illegal drug use.
BTW, throughout history countless cultures have used hallucinogens to communicate with the "spirit world".
So if religion is a crutch isn't atheism the same thing? The belief that what other's believe is not true.
Lastly, drug addicts are self righteous. Thus their addiction.

If you don't make mistakes in life, how will you learn? Accept your mistakes and don't be hypocritical when you see people around you making the same mistakes. The thing that matters is what lies ahead of you, not what is in your past. [Leave the Past Behind]. The past has taught you a valuable lesson. Learning from your mistakes has made you a stronger person today.

Utilize temporary medications prescribed by a doctor that can help relieve the withdrawal symptoms and sometimes reduce the cravings that accompany withdrawal. Use medications to treat co-occurring conditions that doctors in treatment may discover. Emotional illnesses such as depression and bipolar disorder are common among drug addicts and, left untreated, can impede recovery.
