"I feel vulnerable. I feel scared. And I feel.. weird. Finally talking about this subject (to the whole world) has me frightened.. but it also makes me feel free. I feel as I just had a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. It’s never healthy to keep thoughts locked up in your mind and suppressed over and over. I am so thankful to have you guys and youtube as an outlet to let this out, as well as hopefully HELP others struggling the same way I did.

NOBODY wants to live with an eating disorder. Please, if you are struggling with one please please please find somebody to help you. Open up to your parents, your siblings, cousins, counselors, friends, best friends, teachers.. the opportunities are countless. My BIGGEST regret was not finding help. It may FEEL embarrassing but it’s not. Humans make mistakes and go through crappy times. The people who love you will be there for you and the people that understand will gladly help as well.

Eating disorders are not a good, healthy or REALISTIC way of losing weight. You will get addicted. You will harm your body. Your health will decline. And guess what? The only way you can lose weight and keep it off.. is if you die from that disorder. Lose weight the healthy way! Go vegan! Or vegetarian! Or even just start incorporating more whole, plant based foods! Start doing cardio, not obsessively, but just move your body and get sweaaaty :p EDUCATE yourself! So beneficial to educate yourself on nutrition, weight loss & diet:
