I know that I am always learning and changing and mistakes have to be made to learn from them.
If you have an eating disorder or disordered eating habits, please speak with someone and get the help you need to be healthy and happy and live life to the fullest! Being skinny isn't worth calorie restricting, over exercising, stressing and feeling like crap everyday.
Eat whole, plant foods in abundance and health will come your way! Love yourself!!
