Video Description

"This is a bit of a rant. I want to show you that it is okay to suffer from a mental illness and that recovery is the hardest thing about it. But it is POSSIBLE to get through it and so worth it. Surround yourself with positivity, people who make you happy and imagine how amazing it would be if you did not have to deal with negativity- cool right? Well, you can do it. You are so strong and brave and beautiful, do not forget that.
