Video Description

"After posting my video about the Charming, Emotionally Unavailable Love Avoidant almost 2 years ago I have been in Love Addict ""recovery"" and now I feel as though I can tell you and show you what that process can teach you about love, relationships and your self using my process as an example. The end of the video shares what NOT to say to someone who is single and going through this process of healing. My goal is to create a forum/support group for others who are healing and feel supported throughout this process.

The above is the second of three major videos on this topic.
#1 - The first video I reference in the video above is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JtqAG...
#3 would be here: The Choice - Another Phase of Healing Love Addiction or Anything Really https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C3mSE...

The end of the video references empathy vs. sympathy and Brene Brown's video can be found here: https://youtu.be/1Evwgu369Jw?list=PLM...
