Video Description

Learning how to cope with Fibromyalgia can be difficult. But there are many strategies to feel better now if you are suffering with fibromyalgia.

If you are struggling to cope with fibromyalgia (FMS), or cope with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (CFS/ME), realise that things are far from hopeless.

There are many strategies to help you deal with fibromyalgia and to manage fibromyalgia symptoms.

In my experience, there are a couple of main reasons why people with fibromyalgia syndrome or chronic fatigue syndrome feel depressed about CFS/FMS and struggle to cope are:

1.) You might be feeling that you just can't deal with the demands, the stress of having fibromyalgia, and
2.) You might feel very deflated or lacking in hope for a better future because you have struggled to get better and been ill with fibromyalgia for a long time.

Inside this video, we will look at how to cope with the stress of fibromyalgia and some steps to take if you are finding it hard to deal with fibromyalgia.

We also discuss the importance of getting support for fibromyalgia and asking for help for fibromyalgia..
